Our trips have a minimum adult age of 18 years old. Participants under 18 are very welcome to join, but they must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult family member who will act as their guardian throughout the entire tour. Beyond that, there are no other age restrictions, we welcome adventurers of all ages who are up for the experience! 🌿
If the event is cancelled by Urbanature Travel (UNT), you will get a full refund (excluding any airfares), unless you have purchased a flight inclusive package directly with Urbanature Travel (UNT) in which case you will get a refund including the flights.
Our cancellation policy is straightforward: for day trips, you get a 100% refund if cancelling 2 or more days before the start, 50% if cancelling 1 day before (between 48 and 24 hours), and no refund within 24 hours. For multi-day trips up to 2 nights, it's 100% refund 14+ days prior, 50% between 14 and 7 days, and no refund less than 7 days before. For trips of 3+ nights, you receive 100% refund 21+ days out, 50% between 21 and 14 days, and no refund under 14 days. Exceptions are possible only if pre-agreed in writing with Urbanature Travel, and in cases of extreme weather, government restrictions, or similar unavoidable events, we’ll aim to reschedule or provide a refund/credit when possible.
Most participants are between 20 and 49 years old. If you're outside that range but think you'd vibe well with the group and enjoy the trip, just reach out, we're happy to chat about it!
Groups are kept small and friendly, usually 8 to 14 travellers plus one or more guides.

Absolutely, you're more than welcome to join with friends or family! While most of our travellers are solo adventurers, we love having small groups of friends or family members join the trip. It adds to the fun and creates great shared memories.
A few weeks before departure, we create a private WhatsApp group for everyone on the trip. This lets you connect with your fellow travellers, introduce yourselves, ask questions, share excitement, and get to know each other before the adventure begins. The group is also perfect for sharing photos and videos during the trip and staying in touch after it ends.
Yes, absolutely. Solo travellers are very welcome and actually make up the majority of our groups! Many people join us on their own and end up making great friends along the way.
