Fly from Bogotá to Pereira, the heart of Colombia's Coffee Region, and continue to the charming village of Salento with its colourful façades and lively central square.

Ride a classic Willy Jeep into the Valle de Cocora to walk beneath Colombia's towering wax palms, then visit a traditional coffee finca to learn how the country's famous beans are grown.

Travel north to Medellín through dramatic Andean scenery and settle into the lively El Poblado district, with a free afternoon to explore.

Discover Pueblito Paisa, Plaza Botero and the Metro and Metrocable, then explore Comuna 13's murals, outdoor escalators and street art with a local guide.

A full-day trip to colourful Guatapé: climb the 220 m El Peñol rock (optional), wander zócalo-lined streets and cruise the scenic reservoir by boat.

A short flight brings you to UNESCO-listed Cartagena, where honey-coloured sea walls and music-filled streets set the tone for the final stretch of your journey.

A city tour to La Popa hill and the Castillo de San Felipe, followed by a walk through the walled old town and a free afternoon to enjoy Cartagena's Caribbean cuisine.
